Live High, Train Low (LHTL)

The LHTL method of training involves living at higher altitudes for a period of several weeks, but going down to lower altitudes to train. This type of training gets your body used to the hypoxic conditions present at higher altitudes, forces it to adapt, then allows you to perform at a much higher level when you return to lower elevations to train. Since the practicality of travelling back and forth from low altitudes to high altitudes on a daily basis is sketchy, this is a great opportunity to use an Altitude Generator to simplify this process.
